Paul George Says Going To Lakers ‘Wouldn’t Be A Smart Move’

In response to rumors about the Lakers pursuing him in 2014, and his recent comment saying “it would be tough to say no to Kobe” and the Lakers next offseason, All-Star guard, Paul George, says leaving the Pacers for LA just “wouldn’t be a smart move” for him.

According to Marc J. Spears, Yahoo! Sports:

“I’m happy to be in Indiana,” George said. “I’m happy to be where I am. If I was going to leave Indiana and come to the Lakers, it just wouldn’t be a smart move for me. We got a great thing going right now.”
