Carmelo Anthony Injures Knee Against Cavaliers

Carmelo Anthony left Monday night’s game against the Cavaliers after tripping over his own feet and suffering what the Knicks are calling an “injured right knee” midway through the second quarter. The Knicks forward, who had just 6 points on 1-5 shooting before leaving the game, did not return for the second half.

UPDATE: According to ESPN, Carmelo Anthony told reporters that his knee has been bothering him several weeks and underwent an MRI “a couple days ago” which came back clean.
