Nets’ head coach P.J. Carlesimo described Deron Williams’ ankles as “not good at all” in an interview with ESPN radio on Thursday. The point guard will receive cortisone shots in both ankles Thursday.
According to ESPN:
Brooklyn Nets point guard Deron Williams told reporters in Milwaukee that he’ll receive cortisone shots in both his ankles Thursday.
Williams has not had a setback, and the cortisone shots were planned in advance of the platelet-rich plasma injections he received last Monday, according to the New York Post.
