Rockets rookie Royce White has only been heard via his Twitter account, so it came as no surprise when he fired back  just minutes after the team announced they would suspend him for “refusing to provide services as requires by his Uniform Player Contract.” White, who has yet to play in a game with the team since being drafted 16th overall, says “Threat, Fines, Suspension won’t deter him”.
