Brandon Rush left the first quarter of Friday night’s home opener against the Memphis Grizzlies after injuring his left knee on a dunk attempt.  You can’t help but feel awful for Rush, an integral part to the Warriors bench,  as he tries to walk off the injury and is noticeably furious. He will undergo an MRI on Saturday.

According to CSN Bay Area:

Rush was in a fastbreak situation, and when he went up for the dunk, he was fouled by Zach Randolph. Rush landed awkwardly and was in obvious pain.

Rush was visibly distraught when he was on the ground, and he had to be carried helped to the locker room by teammates.

The Warriors confirmed that Rush had injured his left knee but said nothing more would be known until he had an MRI on Saturday.
